5 Hour Stew

Total Time: 5:10


Ingredients:

6 large carrots, diced

1 C celery, diced

1 small onion, diced

5 medium potatoes, diced

2lbs stew meat

1 medium can tomatoes

1 medium can peas (drained)

1 slice of bread, torn into bits

1/2 tsp pepper

4 Tbsp tapioca

1 tsp sugar

1 Tbsp salt


Directions:

Mix all ingredients into roaster. Bake at 225-250 deg for 5 hours.
