Crockpot Cowboy Casserole

Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 C butter
1 C sour cream
1, 32oz package of thawed hashbrowns
1, 14oz package deer sausage, sliced (mom uses polish)
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
optional: onions, diced
Directions:
In crockpot, add chicken soup, butter, and sour cream. Whisk together thoroughly
Add in remaining ingredients into crock pot and cook on high 3-4 hours or until potatoes are tender and sausage is hot
Add cheese just before serving
