Ingredients:
1/2 C + 1 Tbsp almond flour (I added an additional 1-2 Tbsp of almond flour)
1/2 C cream cheese
4 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp granulated sweetener (optional)
butter for frying
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender
Pour pancakes into small 4-5 inch diameter, small enough that they would be able to fit into the toaster the next day for leftovers
