Dry Dip Mixes {for Beer Bread}

DILL DIP
6 Tbsp ranch
1/3 C chives
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp dill
Directions: Mix together and store in a cool, dry jar. Makes 8 servings.
Dip: Use 1 Tbsp mix + 1/2 C mayo + 1/2 C sour cream
Cheese ball: Mix with 8oz cream cheese, roll into a ball. Roll ball in parmesan or mozz cheese.
CHEDDAR BACON DIP
1/3 bacon bits (dehydrated if making a shelf stable mix)
3 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 Tbsp beef boulin dry mix
2 tsp garlic powder
Directions: Mix together and store in a cool, dry jar. Makes 4 servings.
Dip: Use 1 Tbsp + 1/2 C mayo + 1/2 C sour cream + 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese

JALAPENO POPPER DIP
2/3 C bacon bits (dehydrated if making a shelf stable mix)
4 Tbsp minced onion
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp beef boulin dry mix
2.5 Tbsp dried jalapenos
Directions: Mix together and store in a cool, dry jar. Makes 6 servings.
Dip: Use 1 Tbsp + 1/2 C mayo + 1/2 C sour cream + 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese

FIESTA DIP
8 tsp parsley
6 tsp minced onion
6 tsp chili powder
4 tsp cumin
2 tsp chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions: Mix together and store in a cool, dry jar. Makes 8 servings.

Cheese ball: Mix with 8oz cream cheese, roll into a ball. Roll ball in cheddar jack cheese.
