Ingredients:
2C mirepoix
1/2 tsp garlic
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 - 1/3 C flour
4C chicken broth
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
12oz Fat Tire beer or other dark beer
2.5 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Sauté mirepoix until translucent and soft. Add butter and flour to make a roux. Add chicken broth
Mix with immersion blender until blended
Add dijon, worcestershire, beer, and cheddar cheese
Serve and enjoy!
