Homemade Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

2C milk

1/2 C sugar

1/4 C cocoa powder

1 tsp butter

pinch salt

1 tsp vanilla

2 Tbsp water + 1.5 tsp gelatin


Directions:

  1. Add water and gelatin, allow to bloom for about 5 minutes

  2. Mix milk, sugar, cocoa, butter, and salt over medium heat. Do NOT boil.

  3. Mix in gelatin into mixture

  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla

  5. Add to jars and refridgerate 3 hours before serving
