Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 C milk
1 lb bacon, fried OR ham
8 slices of cheddar cheese
1 package of buttermilk biscuits
Bake biscuits according to package, once cooled butter both sides
Whisk eggs and milk together, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in greased 9x9 baking dish at 350 deg for 15-20 minutes until set
Cut eggs into 9 squares
To assemble, layer egg, cheese, and bacon. Wrap in tin foil and freeze
To reheat - defrost overnight and wrap in damp paper towel. Microwave 40-60 seconds until heated through
