Ingredients:
1-10.5oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/3 Cwater
3/4 C uncooked long grain white rice
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 C frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas)
4 (small) or 2 (large) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 C shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Heat the oven to 375 deg. Mix soup, water, rice, onion powder and vegetables in a 9x13 baking dish
Place chicken on top of the rice mixture. Season the chicken with salt and pepper
Bake covered for 50 minutes or until the chicken is done and the rice is tender.
Sprinkle with cheese the last 5-10 minutes of baking
