Ingredients:
1/2 small-medium onion, diced
1 C diced carrots
1/2 tsp minced garlic
5-6 C chicken broth
dash onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, rosemary, thyme
2-3 large potatoes, diced
1 can corn, drained
1/2 lb bacon, baked and diced
1 C heavy cream mixed with 1-2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Sauté onion and carrots in butter until translucent. Add rest of ingredients except heavy cream and cheese
Simmer 30-60 minutes
Add cream mixture and cheese, warm together and serve
