Ingredient:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
3 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 C heavy cream
2/3 C milk
1 C shredded cheese (recommend parmesan, mozzarella, or 4-cheese mix)
8 oz fettucine noodles
2 C cooked broccoli florets
1/2 - 1 lb cooked bacon, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook on each side until browned. Remove from heat and cover to allow it to continue to cook
Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain
Add garlic to chicken skillet, heavy cream, and milk. Bring to a boil. Add cheeses and stir until completely melted
Add pasta, bacon, broccoli, and chicken together with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste
