Cream Pheasant

Ingredients:

1 Pheasant, cut into medium pieces

Frying magic

4-5 medium potatoes, cut up into 1-2" pieces

1 pint heavy cream


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg

  2. Toss pheasant in frying magic and fry on each side in a cast iron pan until browned on each side

  3. Arrange potatoes on bottom of greased 9x13 casserole dish. Top with browned pheasant

  4. Pour cream over the top of potatoes and pheasant. Cover with tin foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours
