Finger Rolls

Ingredients:

2 loaves frozen Fettig's bread dough -or- this Copy Cat recipe


Directions:

  1. Place frozen loaves in a greased cake pan and place in refrigerator overnight to thaw -OR- place in cake pan, covered, in oven with the lights on for 4 hours.

  2. Once thawed, cut each loaf into 12 pieces. Roll each piece in your hand into a 2-3" long, then fold short ends in. Finish the dough log by folding along the long ends and then rolling into a placing seam side down. Make 2 rows in a cake ban with 12 pieces in each row

  3. Let rise for 1 hour

  4. Bake at 350 deg for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown

  5. Immediately brush with butter once out of the oven


For holidays:

3:00am frozen loaves on oven, covered, oven lights on

7:00am roll (takes about 10 min per pan)

7:30-8:30/9:00 rise

9-9:30am bake

Start to finish 6.5 hours
