Ginger Muffins

Ingredients:

1/2 C vegetable oil

1/4 C sugar

1/4 C brown sugar

1 C molasses

1 egg

3 C flour

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp salt

1 C water


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg

  2. Beat together oil, sugar, and brown sugar. Add molasses and egg

  3. Mix together dry ingredients. Add water and other wet ingredients

  4. Divide into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes
