Ingredients
2C warm water
1 pinch sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp EVOO
5 1/4 C AP flour (I do 2C bread flour, 3 1/4 C AP)
1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Activate yeast in warm water with sugar
Add into dry ingredients and mix
Knead 5-7 min
Let rest 30-60 min
Divide into 4 (medium pizza size) or 8 (personal size) pieces
Roll out flat
Top with sauce and desired toppings, bake 10-20 min @ 450deg
