Homemade Pizza Dough

Ingredients

2C warm water

1 pinch sugar

1 1/2 Tbsp yeast

2 Tbsp EVOO

5 1/4 C AP flour (I do 2C bread flour, 3 1/4 C AP)

1 1/2 tsp salt


Directions

  1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar

  2. Add into dry ingredients and mix

  3. Knead 5-7 min

  4. Let rest 30-60 min

  5. Divide into 4 (medium pizza size) or 8 (personal size) pieces

  6. Roll out flat

  7. Top with sauce and desired toppings, bake 10-20 min @ 450deg
