Homemade Snack Sticks (Pepper Sticks)

Ingredients:

PS seasonings snack sticks casings

1 package Willy's Snack Stick seasonings (makes 25# worth)

50/50 Venison and Pork Mixture

High temp cheese, optional


Directions:

  1. Mix

  2. Fill

  3. Put in refrigerator overnight

  4. Next AM place in smoker until internal temp gets to 155 (approx 1-3 hours)

  5. Remove from the smoker, let cool

  6. Refrigerate overnight, ready to eat the next day

  7. Food save and freeze extras
