Ingredients:
PS seasonings snack sticks casings
1 package Willy's Snack Stick seasonings (makes 25# worth)
50/50 Venison and Pork Mixture
High temp cheese, optional
Directions:
Mix
Fill
Put in refrigerator overnight
Next AM place in smoker until internal temp gets to 155 (approx 1-3 hours)
Remove from the smoker, let cool
Refrigerate overnight, ready to eat the next day
Food save and freeze extras
