Ingredients:
300g sourdough discard
80g butter, room temperature - or - Olive Oil
180g all purpose flour
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp baking powder
4 tsp herbs / spices
Cheddar
Basil, italian herbs, garlic powder, parmesan
Cinnamon/sugar
Nutella
Cheddar/buffalo seasoning
etc
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes (or, can leave in the fridge overnight)
Cut into 3 portions, roll out each portion very thin and cut into desired cracker shapes
Bake @ 350 deg for 10-13 min, rotating pan halfway through
