Homemade Venison/Pork Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

1 package PS Seasonings Weiner Seasoning

1 package hog casings

50/50 Venison and Pork Mixture

High temp cheese, optional


Directions:

  1. Grind

  2. Mix

  3. Fill

  4. Put in refrigerator overnight

  5. Next AM place in smoker until internal temp gets to 155 (approx 1-3 hours)

  6. Remove from the smoker, let cool

  7. Refrigerate overnight, ready to cook and eat the next day

  8. Food save and freeze extras
