Ingredients:
1 package PS Seasonings Weiner Seasoning
1 package hog casings
50/50 Venison and Pork Mixture
High temp cheese, optional
Directions:
Grind
Mix
Fill
Put in refrigerator overnight
Next AM place in smoker until internal temp gets to 155 (approx 1-3 hours)
Remove from the smoker, let cool
Refrigerate overnight, ready to cook and eat the next day
Food save and freeze extras
