Hot Ham and Cheese

Ingredients:

3-4# shaved ham

10oz can evaporated milk **See notes below

2 lbs Velveeta, cubed

1/2 C butter


Directions:

  1. Melt butter, evaporated milk, and Velveeta in a large pot

  2. Slowly add shaved ham


Tip: Homemade evaporated milk: 12 oz mild steamed on stovetop on low-medium heat stirring constantly until it reduces down to 10oz
