Ingredients:
2lbs round steak or deer meat
1/2 C soy sauce
1/4 C worcestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp monosodium glutamate (flavor enhancer) or Watkins meat magic
1/3 tsp pepper
1/3 tsp salt
Directions:
Slice meat 1/4" thick and place in a bag with marinade. Let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours
Place the meat on a cookie sheet and place in oven. Turn heat as low as you can and leave the oven door open. Dry meat for 8-10 hours
