Long John Silver's Fish Batter

Ingredients:

3/4 C flour

2 Tbsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp seasoning salt

3/4 C water

Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients. Add water and mix well

2. Coat fish and deep fry until a nice golden brown
