Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

3/4 C milk

2/3 C finely crushed saltine crackers

1/2 C chopped onion

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sage

dash pepper

1 1/2 lb ground beef

1 C ketchup

1/2 C brown sugar

1 tsp worcestershire


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg

  2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, saltines, onion, salt, sage, and pepper. Add beef and mix thoroughly

  3. Shape into an 8"x4" loaf pan. Place loaf pan onto a baking sheet

  4. In a small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar, and worcestershire. Spread over meatloaf

  5. Bake for 1 hour or until thermometer reads 160 deg. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing
