Mongolian Beef

PF Chang's copycat recipe from plantsandpairings.com

Ingredients
Beef:
2lb round steak
Cornstarch
Canola oil
Sauce:
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 C soy sauce
1 C brown sugar
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp ginger (minced)
1 C water
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3 green onions (thinly sliced )
Directions:
Slice beef (partially frozen) against the grain and in thin slices. Toss in cornstarch and fry
Add all sauce ingredients and cook over medium-high heat until sauce thickens
Toss beef in sauce until coated
