Amanda's mom's fab salad from Braylen's graduation. She makes extra dressing so it is extra creamy. She also likes the cavatelli pasta - it seems to hold a lot of dressing for extra amazing bites
Ingredients
3 C elbow mac or cavatelli pasta
2 eggs
1/2 celery, onion, diced carrots
1/2 C diced cheese
Dressing:
2 C mayo (she uses miracle whip)
small squirt of mustard
1/4 C vinegar
8oz heavy cream, or, 3/4C milk and 1/4C melted butter)
1/2 C sugar
