Ingredients:
1 1/2 C old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 C peanut butter
1/3 C honey
1/4 C mini m&m's
1/4 C mini chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops vanilla or plain protein mix
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until incorporated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Make Tbsp sized balls and place on a baking sheet
Store balls covered in the fridge for up to a week, covered. They also freeze great
Yields 20 balls
