Ingredients:
3/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 large eggs
1, 15-oz can Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
1, 12oz can evaporated milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 deg
In small bowl, mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in pumpkin and dry ingredients. Gradually stir in evaporated milk
Pour into pie shells
Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 deg and bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean
Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours
