We made these the first time we made a pork butt on our new smoker. They are SO fluffy and easy!
Mix: 5 minutes
First Rise: 20 minutes
Knead: 5 minutes
Form: 5 minutes
Second Rise: 20 minutes
Bake: 8 minutes
Total Time: 63 minutes

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Active dry yeast
1 C warm water
1/4 C sugar
3-3 1/2 C flour (I used 1 C regular AP flour and 2.5 C bread flour)
1 tsp salt
1/3 C vegetable oil
1 large egg, beaten
Directions:
Mix water, yeast, and suger. Allow to activate
Mix flour, salt, oil, and egg. Incorporate until chunky
Add water/yeast into flour and incorporate. Mix well and allow to rise for 20 min
Place dough into mixer with dough hook and knead for 5 minutes
Immediately form into 8 buns, allow to rise for 20 min
Bake for 8 min @ 425 degrees
*Tip: Use silicone bun pan for symmetrical buns :)
