Ingredients:
1lb chicken breasts, cubed
1 medium onion, diced
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2, 15.5oz cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
2 C chicken broth
2, 4oz cans chopped green chilis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 C sour cream
1/2 C heavy cream
Directions:
Sauté chicken with onion and garlic power until chicken is no longer pink
Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream and heavy cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat down and simmer for 30 minutes
Stir in sour cream and cream and warm on low for an additional 5-10 minutes or until warmed through
