Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb ground beef
3/4 C oats
1 C milk
3 Tbsp minced onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
pepper, to taste
1 C all purpose flour (coating for meatballs)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 deg
Combine all meatball ingredients. Roll into medium sized balls and place on a cookie sheet. Place sheet in the freezer for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, remove meatballs from the freezer and immediately dredge in flour
Brown meatballs in oil until just browned. Place into baking dish
Cover in BBQ sauce and bake for 45 minutes
