This is one of our favorite homemade pizzas. Healthy, filling, and delicious!

Ingredients:
2 packages of pizza crust mix (or quick pizza dough recipe here)
1 16oz jar salsa (we use Carol's salsa)
2 C mozzarella cheese
1 lb bacon (cooked, diced, and drained)
3-4 C frozen hashbrowns, cooked partially
12 eggs, scrambled
red, green, and yellow peppers (diced and softened in a skillet)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Bake bacon on a cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes, or until done. Place on paper towel to soak up excess grease and dice up
While bacon is baking, partially cook hashbrowns in a skillet until 50-75% done
Prepare dough according to package (or recipe above for quick dough)
Preheat oven to 450 deg
Spread pizza crust evenly on pizza stone or sheet. Spread salsa over crust, followed by mozzarella cheese
Top with hashbrowns and bacon. Bake for 15-20 minutes while you prepare scrambled eggs
Top with scrambled eggs and a sprinkle of cheese for 2-5 minutes until cheese is melted and top is browned
