Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:
1/2 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, diced
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 C flour
1 C water
2 Tbsp chicken broth seasoning
1 C milk
1 C sour cream
4-6oz white Velveeta queso, cubed
salt and pepper, to taste
1 package frozen hashbrown potatoes
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft and translucent. Add flour to thicken 
- Add water, broth seasoning, milk, and sour cream. Whisk thoroughly. Add queso last and mix until smooth 
- Stir milk mixture into potatoes and top with cheese 
- Bake at 350 deg for 60 minutes
