Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:

1/2 onion, diced

4 garlic cloves, diced

2 Tbsp butter

1/4 C flour

1 C water

2 Tbsp chicken broth seasoning

1 C milk

1 C sour cream

4-6oz white Velveeta queso, cubed

salt and pepper, to taste

1 package frozen hashbrown potatoes

2 C shredded cheddar cheese


Directions:

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft and translucent. Add flour to thicken

  2. Add water, broth seasoning, milk, and sour cream. Whisk thoroughly. Add queso last and mix until smooth

  3. Stir milk mixture into potatoes and top with cheese

  4. Bake at 350 deg for 60 minutes
