Chicken Bacon Ranch Tator Tot Hotdish

Ingredients:

1 1/2 - 2 chicken breasts, baked and shredded (I use leftover rotisserie chicken)

1/2 C mayonnaise

1/2 C sour cream

1/2 C milk

1 package dry Ranch dressing mix

1 C shredded cheese (any kind)

1/2 C diced velveeta queso blanco

1 jalapeno. diced

** can sub pepper jack cheese for queso blanco and jalapenos **

1/2 lb bacon, cooked and diced

frozen tator tots or hashbrowns


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix mayo, sour cream, milk, and dry ranch mix thoroughly. Add shredded cheese and shredded chicken. Add to bottom of 9x9 pan. Top with velveeta and jalapenos (or pepper jack cheese), then top with bacon bits

  3. Top with tator tots

  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes until top is browned
