A keto-friendly cookie dough flavored snack. Ryan and I love these for our lunches or to tame our sweet tooth. They freeze very well so we often make them in bulk.

Ingredients:
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C butter
1/2 C peanut butter
1/4 C sugar I usually use less. If using alternative such as swerve it calls for 1/3 C)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 C chocolate chips (can use stevia sweetened chocolate)
Directions:
Cream everything together in mixer
Spray cookie sheet with oil
Scoop with small pastry scoop onto cookie sheet and freeze for 30 minutes
Store in freezer or refrigerator in sealed container
