Ingredients:
1/2 C melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1, 16oz can whole kernel corn, drained
1, 16oz can cream style corn
1 C sour cream
9oz box Jiffy cornbread mix (OR)
Homemade Cornbread Mix:
2/3 C flour
1/2 C cornmeal
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 deg
Combine wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add in dry ingredients
Grease 9x13 pan and pour mixture in, leveling with a spatula
Bake for 45 minutes or until browned on top and done in center
