This recipe tastes like it is straight out of a cowboy chuck wagon. Hints of smokiness, beans, barbecue, venison and bacon. What is better than that combination? This is a summer pot-luck favorite!

Ingredients:
2, 22oz cans Bush's grillin' beans steakhouse recipe
1, 28oz can Bush's original recipe beans
3 links polish deer sausage, cut up into small pieces
1 lb bacon, baked and diced
1/2 C ketchup
2 Tbsp BBQ sauce
3 Tbsp brewed coffee
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp brown sugar
chopped onion, green and red peppers to taste (approx 1 1/2 C total)
Directions:
Slow beans: Preheat oven to 250 deg. Mix all ingredients and bake for 2 hours. Increase oven temp to 300 deg and bake 1 more hour
Quick beans: Bake at 350 deg for 1 hour
