Fried Rice

Ingredients:

4 C rice, prepared

3 Tbsp sesame oil

1 white onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 C peas and carrots, frozen

2 eggs

1/4 C soy sauce


Directions:

  1. Prepare rice

  2. Heat sesame oil in skillet on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, peas and carrots. Stir fry until tender

  3. Add eggs and scramble in with vegetables

  4. Add rice and soy sauce to pan. Stir to combine all ingredients. Remove from heat and serve
