Ingredients:
2 C cake flour (sift 2 C regular flour through 2 times, then remove 2 Tbsp per cup, which is 4 Tbsp for this recipe)
1 C regular flour, unsifted
2 C sugar
1/3 C cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 C oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 C water (add to mixture 1 C at a time)
2 tsp vinegar
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients in order through water. Add vinegar last, folding gently into the mixture
Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan or greased cupcake pans
Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Full cake will take longer
