Grandma Schultz's Crazy Cake

Ingredients:

2 C cake flour (sift 2 C regular flour through 2 times, then remove 2 Tbsp per cup, which is 4 Tbsp for this recipe)

1 C regular flour, unsifted

2 C sugar

1/3 C cocoa

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

3/4 C oil

1 tsp vanilla

2 C water (add to mixture 1 C at a time)

2 tsp vinegar

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients in order through water. Add vinegar last, folding gently into the mixture

2. Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan or greased cupcake pans

3. Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Full cake will take longer

4. Frost with homemade chocolate frosting recipe
