Heart Attack Potatoes

Ingredients:

6-8 potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 thick

1 onion, chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 C shredded cheddar cheese

1 C sour cream

1-2 C corn flake crumbs


Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until barely tender, approx 10 minutes

  2. Preheat oven to 350 deg

  3. In small saucepan, heat chicken soup, shredded cheese, and sour cream until creamy

  4. Layer in bottom of a 9x9 pan: Potatoes, chicken soup mixture, onions, then corn flake crumbs

  5. Bake 35-45 minutes
