Ingredients:
6-8 potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 thick
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C sour cream
1-2 C corn flake crumbs
Directions:
Boil potatoes until barely tender, approx 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 350 deg
In small saucepan, heat chicken soup, shredded cheese, and sour cream until creamy
Layer in bottom of a 9x9 pan: Potatoes, chicken soup mixture, onions, then corn flake crumbs
Bake 35-45 minutes
