Ingredients:
1 1/4 C sugar
1 C cornstarch
1 C instant dry milk powder
1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together and store in an airtight container until ready to use
To prepare pudding, mix 2 C milk and 1/2 C pudding mix in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and simmer while stirring constantly until thickened. Approximately 10 minutes
Pudding thickens as it cools, store in refrigerator
To make pudding ice cream: Add 1 C mix with 1/2 C powdered sugar, 4 C whole milk, and 1/2 C heavy cream until smooth. Pour into ice cream maker
