Ingredients:
1 C whole milk, warmed
1/2 C butter
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/4 C brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp salt
4 C bread flour
Directions:
Warm milk on stovetop between 100-110 deg. Add all wet ingredients and whisk
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Mix wet into dry
Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 7-9 minutes
Let dough rise in greased bowl, covered for 45-60 minutes or until doubled in size
Butter 9x13 cake pan. Divide dough into 24 sections and rol into dinner rolls with "ok" finger technique. This ensures a tight surface tension which makes the buns rise up not out
Preheat oven to 375 deg
Cover with a towel and rise for 30 minutes
Brush with eggwash, then bake for 14-16 minutes. Immediately brush with butter once they come out of the oven
