Homemade Granola Bars

Nutri-grain copy cat recipe

2.5 C old-fashioned oats

1/2 C Vanilla Greek yogurt (OR plain Greek yogurt + 1 tsp vanilla extract)

1/2 C honey or maple syrup (I use homemade maple syrup)

3 scoops Naked Whey (or 1/2 C Vanilla protein powder or powder of your preference)

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1/4 tsp salt

Frozen or fresh berries, diced (I use strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

-Can also add chocolate chips, etc for various flavor combinations


Directions:

  1. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper

  2. Mix all ingredients together and press firmly into pan

  3. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving

  4. I divide up and wrap in deli paper


Makes 10 bars

Protein per serving: 7.7g per bar
