Ingredients:
1lb ground beef
2 C noodles (wide egg noodles, elbow, penne...any kind will work)
1 1/2 C water, hot or boiling
1 1/2 C milk
3 beef bullion cubes
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch, garlic and onion powders, sugar, salt and pepper
Brown ground beef
Add bullion cubes to hot water and stir until dissolved
Add bullion mixture to skillet and stir to incorporate. Then add milk and seasoning mixture
Add egg noodles and bring all to a boil
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until noodles are tender
Will thicken as it stands
