Homemade Lemonade Concentrate

Ingredients:

2C water

2C sugar

2 lemons


Directions:

  1. Add water and sugar to pan and bring to a boil to make a simple syrup

  2. Turn off heat and zest both lemons into the pot, then squeeze out all of the lemon juice

  3. Simmer together for 3-5 minutes, then strain into a quart mason jar and cool

  4. To store: In jar with an airtight lid for up to 1 month. Can also freeze

  5. To serve: Add 2-3oz to glass filled with ice and fill to the top with cold water
