Ingredients:
2C water
2C sugar
2 lemons
Directions:
Add water and sugar to pan and bring to a boil to make a simple syrup
Turn off heat and zest both lemons into the pot, then squeeze out all of the lemon juice
Simmer together for 3-5 minutes, then strain into a quart mason jar and cool
To store: In jar with an airtight lid for up to 1 month. Can also freeze
To serve: Add 2-3oz to glass filled with ice and fill to the top with cold water
