Monkey Bread

Use the Quick Bread Dough recipe for the dough

Ingredients:

2/3 C sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

8 Tbsp butter

1 C brown sugar

Directions:

1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in Ziploc bag

2. Divide raised dough into small pieces, cover in sugar/cinnamon mixture

3. Place in a greased bundt pan

4. Boil butter and brown sugar for 1 minute

5. Pour caramel sauce over dough balls

6. Bake @ 350 deg for 35 minutes

7. When done baking, invert the bundt pan onto a pan/tray and serve
