Ingredients:
2 packages Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
crushed candy canes or Andes crushed peppermint candy
Directions:
Pour chocolate chips on greased cookie sheet. Melt in warmed oven until spreadable
Add peppermint extract and spread evenly on cookie sheet
Sprinkle with crushed candies and freeze until firm
Break into pieces and serve
