Ingredients:
4-5 medium potatoes, cut into wide 1/4" slices
lawry's seasoning salt
pepper
canola oil for frying
Directions:
In a large shallow pan, coat 1/2" thick of oil. On medium heat, warm oil. Add potatoes
Sprinkle with seasonings until moderately coated
Turn heat to medium low and cover for 15-20 minutes
When cooked through, remove lid and watch/stir until all sides are browned and crispy to your liking
