Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

1 C artichoke hearts, chopped

1 C fresh spinach, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 C onion, chopped

1/2 C sour cream

2 Tbsp milk

2 C shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 C parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp pepper

8oz cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 deg

  2. Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in food processor in the order listed and mix until combined

  3. Add cream cheese to bottom of glass 9x9 baking dish and layer mixed ingredients from food processor on top. Bake 10-20 minutes until bubbly and golden
