Sugar "Cut Out" Cookies

Ingredients:

3 C flour

3 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 C sugar

1 C butter

3 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 deg

2. Work flour, baking powder, sugar, and margarine together like a pie crust

3. Add eggs and baking soda. Roll out on floured surface

4. Cut out with cookie cutters and place on cookie sheets

5. Bake 4 minutes on the bottom rack, 3 minutes on the top rack, rotating cookie sheets through throughout baking process

6. Allow to cool prior to decorating
