Veggie Pizza

Ingredients:

2, 8oz packages crescent rolls

2, 8oz packages cream cheese, softened

1 C mayonnaise

1 package dry ranch dressing mix

1 C each of fresh broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, cauliflower or veggies as desired

1 C cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 deg

  2. Roll out crescen t roll dough onto 9x13 baking sheet. Pinch together edges and perforrations

  3. Bake crust for 12 minutes. Remove and let cool

  4. Combine cream cheese, mayo, and ranch dressing mix in a medium bowl. Spread over the cooled crust

  5. Arrange vegetables over the cream cheese layer. Top with cheddar cheese

  6. Chill for 1 hour, slice and serve

Notes: Can serve as a dip for crackers or rolled up in tortillas and chilled for party tortilla roll ups
