Lazy AF Sourdough Loaf - 12 hour

Same day, 12 hours start to finish


Use ingredients from 13 Hour Sourdough Loaf recipe


Directions:

  1. Mix starter, water, flour and salt in mixer for 5 minutes

  2. Rest 8 hours on counter

  3. Divide into 2 loaves

  4. Stretch out into a rectangle, then shape into logs

  5. Banneton/pan x2 hours > for next day lazy AF recipe place in fridge overnight instead of counter

  6. Place in baking pan and score

  7. Preheat oven 400 deg and bake 30 min covered, Reduce temp to 375 deg and bake uncovered 15 minutes
