Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

2 Tbsp taco seasoning (1 packet)

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp tomato paste

1 C beef broth

1 C chicken broth

2 C whole milk, at room temperature

1 can rotel tomatoes with green chilis (I do not use)

2C pasta shells

2 C shredded cheddar cheese

salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning and all remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese

  2. Stir sauce to combine. bring to a gentle boil

  3. Add pasta and submerge it in the sauce. Cover and cook for 8 minutes

  4. Remove cover and ensure pasta is cooked. Turn heat to low and gradually stir in cheese until melted

  5. There seems to be a lot of sauce but it quickly thickens and the pasta continues to absorb it

We serve this with Dilynn's favorite "cheesy buns" using our quick bread dough recipe
